What's covered within maintenance?

  • Servicing
  • Maintenance (including wear and tear)
  • Tyres (unless accidental damage), Batteries and Exhausts
  • Mechanical breakdown cover

Exclusions:

  • Glass / windscreens, Accident damage, any damage caused by driver abuse or neglect.

Who owns the vehicle ?

We, as the hirer, are the owner and registered keeper of the vehicle. Title of the vehicle never passes to the hirer.

Do the contracts include Road fund licence ?

Yes, for the duration of the contract.

Will insurance be included in my agreement?

No, it is your responsibility to arrange fully comprehensive motor insurance.

Can I take my car abroad ?

Yes, please see our travelling abroad section.

Can I extend my contract?

Yes. Flexibility is our middle name! You can extend your contract either informally by calling the office, or formally by prior arrangement with us.

What if my new car is not available when I need it?

In the unlikely event that your new car is not ready, we can provide you with a competitive pre-contract vehicle for the interim period.

Can I do a mileage amendment during the contract ?

Yes, mileages may be changed during the contract subject to our terms and conditions

Are there any restrictions on contract terms and mileages?

Our Contract Hire agreement terms are between 12 and 60 months with mileages not exceeding 50,000 per annum.

What happens if I need to return the vehicle during the contract ?

There may be early termination charges, please call us for further details.
