How do I book a service?

Please click here to book a service through the website. Alternatively, you can phone the garage directly. Please inform them that you are an SMC client.

How do I replace the tyres?

Please use Kwik Fit or ATS, who both offer a mobile service, or National Tyres. Their phone numbers are included in your driver’s notes. Please click here if you would like a copy of the driver’s notes.

Can I take my vehicle abroad?

Yes. For details, please refer to the Travelling Abroad section.

How do I know when my vehicle needs an MOT?

SMC will notify your Fleet Manager in the month prior to the MOT due date. When you are notified, please arrange the MOT with your local test centre.
