What is the length of contract?

We can arrange contracts from 1 day to 60 months

What deposit do I need?

On an agreement more than two years the normal initial rental is 3 months in advance. However, it can be as little as one month in advance, especially on our flexi-lease contracts.

Will the contract include Road Fund Licence?

All our contract hire vehicles have Road fund licence for the duration of the contract.

Is Roadside Assistance included?

Yes, after the manufacturers breakdown cover expires you will continue to be covered with AA cover through Southern Motor Contracts.

Is maintenance included?

Maintenance can be added to the contract hire vehicles to assist with forecast budgeting.

Who supplies the vehicles?

We supply the vehicles through our UK services.

Is delivery included?

Yes, we deliver all our vehicles direct to your door, anywhere on the UK mainland.

What are my options at the end of the contract?

The vehicle returns to us when the contract expires or you can extend the contract at a re-negotiated rate.

What happens if my mileage changes?

Call us and we can re-schedule the new mileage at any time in the contract.

What if I have exceeded the agreed mileage?

We can settle the excess at the end of the contract or roll up the charge onto the new contract.

What happens if I want to end the contract early?

Each termination is dealt with individually and figures are usually given the same day as requested.
